We had a great time visiting with some of our Mobile buddies last week.  I thoroughly enjoyed doing The Lunch Hour with Steve Jenks on BamaDixie 106.1 FM
This week, Morgan and I are chillin' and staying out of the heat (upper 90s) until school starts.  We did go by our church fitness center to play a little ping pong and racket ball.  Although the way we play it, it's more like dodge ball. ;-) 
Thank goodness for air conditioning!!
